Description:
The feed air provided by the user is compressed, and goes through pre-cooler and purifier to remove purities. Before the boosted air entering main heat exchanger, it will be cooled below 40 by water cooler. The air refluxes and flows into main heat exchanger to be continuously cooled to 140K. Withdraw part air to heat exchanger and then to turbo expander to be expanded and provide cold capacity. The expanded air refluxes to the cold end of main heat exchanger, part of which will be used for the reneneration of molecular sieve, and the rest will go to the inlet of air compressor for next circulation. The rest air is cooled, subcooled in the main heat exchanger, after out of main heat exchanger, it is throttled, and thus obtain the liquid air.
