Description:
The pressure nitrogen from air separation plant mixing with the refluxed gas of liquefaction plant is divided into two streams after being compressed through the circulating nitrogen compressor. One stream flows into main heat exchanger to be cooled, and then it is fed into the high temperature expander where it is expanded, following which it goes out of cold box after being re-warmed in main heat exchanger, and back to the inlet of circulating nitrogen compressor. The other stream first goes into the boosting ends of high temperature expander and low temperature expander to be boosted, and then enters into the main heat exchanger, and after being cooled, it is fed into the low temperature expander where it is expanded, and then it goes out of cold box following being re-warmed in the main heat exchanger, and back to the inlet of circulating nitrogen compressor. The liquid nitrogen is subcooled in the LIN subcooler, and it is sent to the storage tanks of user as product liquid nitrogen after being throttled.
