2. The liquid output is calculated from data of gas, and the pressure is calculated with 0 meter high at outlet of cold box.
3. All pressures which are not specially defined below are the gauge pressures.
Description:
The gaseous nitrogen goes into the circulating nitrogen compressor to be compressed, and then the compressed nitrogen flows into the expander to raise the pressure, and into the water cooler to be cooled, and then it enters into hot end of the main heat exchanger in the liquefier cold box. The cooled gaseous nitrogen is extracted to the chiller to be cooled again, and then it goes into the main heat exchanger. Most of the gaseous is extracted from the heat exchanger to turbo expander for expansion refrigeration. The expanded low pressure gaseous nitrogen enters into cooling drag flow circulating nitrogen through the cold end of the main heat exchanger, and after being rewarmed, it goes inot the inlet of circulating nitrogen compressor to follow the next circulation. The rest gaseous nitrogen is still be liquefied in the main heat exchanger, and goes into the oxygen liquefier to cool the oxygen supplied by the user, and part nitrogen is extracted returned to the main heat exchanger to cool the drag flow gas, and after going out of the main heat exchanger, it mixes with the low pressure nitrogen from the oxygen liquefier, and then goes into the circulating nitrogen compressor to conduct next circulation. The instrument control system of the liquefier employs independent control system, which realizes the integration control of central control, local control and on-site control, and can effectively monitor the production process of the complete set of air separation plant.
